Daniel Foxx Debut Book Bedtime Stories for Privileged Children Announced
Off The Kerb is delighted to announce that Monoray, part of the Octopus Publishing Group, has acquired Bedtime Stories for Privileged Children by Daniel Foxx, which will be published in September 2024.
Author and comedian Daniel Foxx presents a collection of stories especially for the little darlings of the fabulously wealthy – that can also be enjoyed by YOU, the downtrodden, pitiful, ordinary adult! Read about the everyday adventures of Rupert, Shallotte and Genevievette as they ski, holiday, and drift around Selfridges – whilst always keeping a healthy distance from the dreaded hoi polloi!
Daniel Foxx is an award-winning comedian and writer from London. His easy-going delivery and sharp jokes have quickly established him as one of the most exciting new acts on the UK comedy circuit, whilst his comedy sketch videos have earned him a huge online following and millions of views. Foxx has over half a million followers across Instagram and TikTok, where – among other skits – he reads bedtime stories about the decadent extravagance of the rich and privileged straight to camera. Bedtime Stories for Privileged Children will be based on the TikTok videos of the same name and half of the stories for the book will be completely original.
